Customer Reviews
Best EPC company I've used
Have used several EPC companies over the years as a landlord. This is by far the best — most responsive, most thorough and best value. The assessor noticed a loft hatch we'd forgotten about which would have lowered the rating.
Highly recommend for landlords
Have used PCooper for EPCs on all four of my rental properties now. Always reliable, always thorough, and they always advise on any quick wins to improve the rating. Great service.

Quick, reliable and great value
Third EPC I've had done through this company. Always punctual, always clear in their assessment and always competitive on price. My go-to EPC assessor now.
