Surveys Near Me is a directory of property surveying professionals operating in the United Kingdom. We provide a platform for homebuyers, landlords and property professionals to find and contact surveyors. We are not a surveying company and do not provide surveying services ourselves.
You may use this directory to find information about surveyors and to send enquiries. You must not use this website for any unlawful purpose, to send spam or unsolicited communications, or to misrepresent yourself or your requirements.
Surveyors listed on this directory provide their own information. We carry out verification checks but cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness or currency of all information in surveyor profiles. You should always verify a surveyor’s qualifications and insurance independently before instructing them.
Enquiries submitted through this platform are forwarded to the relevant surveyor. Any contract for surveying services is between you and the surveyor directly. Surveys Near Me is not party to that contract and accepts no liability for the services provided.
Surveyors may pay for featured listings. Payments are processed securely. Refund requests for featured listing fees should be made within 7 days of payment to hello@surveysnearme.co.uk.
Surveys Near Me shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from: your use of this directory; the accuracy of surveyor information; services provided by listed surveyors; or any dispute between you and a listed surveyor. Our total liability to you shall not exceed £100.
