Customer Reviews
Highly recommend for landlords
Have used Adam for EPCs on all four of my rental properties now. Always reliable, always thorough, and they always advise on any quick wins to improve the rating. Great service.
Fast and professional EPC service
Booked on Monday, surveyor arrived Tuesday morning and the certificate was in my inbox by 3pm. Very efficient — exactly what you need when a sale is pending. Adam was friendly and explained everything clearly.
Best EPC company I've used
Have used several EPC companies over the years as a landlord. This is by far the best — most responsive, most thorough and best value. The assessor noticed a loft hatch we'd forgotten about which would have lowered the rating.
Excellent same-day service
Needed an urgent EPC for a new let. Called at 9am, surveyor was with me by 11am and I had the certificate the same afternoon. Brilliant service, will definitely use again for my other properties.
Superb — fast and professional
Couldn't be happier. Surveyor arrived on time, was in and out in 40 minutes and the certificate was lodged the same day. Exactly what was promised. Will be using them again.
