Essential for any new build buyer
We nearly didn't bother with a snagging survey thinking it was an unnecessary expense. Huge mistake that would have been. The survey found structural issues in the loft as well as 89 other defects. Money extremely well spent.
Very thorough inspection
Inspector spent 4 hours going through every room meticulously. Found things we'd never have noticed — gaps in seals, misaligned units, drainage issues. Good detailed report. Developer was initially resistant but fixed most items.
