Customer Reviews
Highly recommend for landlords
Have used Susan for EPCs on all four of my rental properties now. Always reliable, always thorough, and they always advise on any quick wins to improve the rating. Great service.
Excellent same-day service
Needed an urgent EPC for a new let. Called at 9am, surveyor was with me by 11am and I had the certificate the same afternoon. Brilliant service, will definitely use again for my other properties.
Fast and professional EPC service
Booked on Monday, surveyor arrived Tuesday morning and the certificate was in my inbox by 3pm. Very efficient — exactly what you need when a sale is pending. Susan was friendly and explained everything clearly.
Very competent assessor
Really pleased with the EPC assessment. The assessor was clearly very experienced and took time to explain what was affecting our rating and what we could do to improve it. Certificate arrived next day as promised.
