Customer Reviews
Highly recommend for landlords
Have used RJames for EPCs on all four of my rental properties now. Always reliable, always thorough, and they always advise on any quick wins to improve the rating. Great service.
Good service, slight delay on certificate
The surveyor was great — on time, knowledgeable and thorough. Certificate took until the following morning to arrive rather than same day, but overall a very good experience and fair price.
Very competent assessor
Really pleased with the EPC assessment. The assessor was clearly very experienced and took time to explain what was affecting our rating and what we could do to improve it. Certificate arrived next day as promised.
Superb — fast and professional
Couldn't be happier. Surveyor arrived on time, was in and out in 40 minutes and the certificate was lodged the same day. Exactly what was promised. Will be using them again.

Fast and professional EPC service
Booked on Monday, surveyor arrived Tuesday morning and the certificate was in my inbox by 3pm. Very efficient — exactly what you need when a sale is pending. RJames was friendly and explained everything clearly.
