Fast and professional EPC service
Booked on Monday, surveyor arrived Tuesday morning and the certificate was in my inbox by 3pm. Very efficient — exactly what you need when a sale is pending. PMurray was friendly and explained everything clearly.
Excellent same-day service
Needed an urgent EPC for a new let. Called at 9am, surveyor was with me by 11am and I had the certificate the same afternoon. Brilliant service, will definitely use again for my other properties.

Very competent assessor
Really pleased with the EPC assessment. The assessor was clearly very experienced and took time to explain what was affecting our rating and what we could do to improve it. Certificate arrived next day as promised.
Best EPC company I've used
Have used several EPC companies over the years as a landlord. This is by far the best — most responsive, most thorough and best value. The assessor noticed a loft hatch we'd forgotten about which would have lowered the rating.
