Customer Reviews
Efficient UKAS-accredited service
Used Phillips for both a management survey and re-inspection report. Both carried out to a high standard, reports clear and well-organised. Comfortable that the documentation would be accepted by any contractor.
Fast, professional asbestos survey
Needed an R&D survey before starting a kitchen extension on our 1970s house. Surveyor arrived next day, thorough inspection, clear report within 5 days. No asbestos found in the areas to be disturbed — gave us complete peace of mind.

Clear report, helpful advice
Had a management survey done on a property we were buying. Found some asbestos in the artex ceiling in good condition. The surveyor explained clearly what it meant, recommended managing in place and provided a clear asbestos register. Very reassuring.
Professional service, slight wait for report
Survey was carried out thoroughly and professionally. Report took a few days longer than quoted due to lab backlog, but the quality of the final document was excellent. Detailed and clearly laid out.
