Customer Reviews
Developer took every defect seriously
The detailed photographic report from Northampton meant the developer couldn't dispute any of the findings. All 97 snags were fixed before we completed. The survey literally paid for itself on day one.
Very thorough inspection
Inspector spent 4 hours going through every room meticulously. Found things we'd never have noticed — gaps in seals, misaligned units, drainage issues. Good detailed report. Developer was initially resistant but fixed most items.
