Customer Reviews
Superb — fast and professional
Couldn't be happier. Surveyor arrived on time, was in and out in 40 minutes and the certificate was lodged the same day. Exactly what was promised. Will be using them again.
Good service, slight delay on certificate
The surveyor was great — on time, knowledgeable and thorough. Certificate took until the following morning to arrive rather than same day, but overall a very good experience and fair price.
Fast and professional EPC service
Booked on Monday, surveyor arrived Tuesday morning and the certificate was in my inbox by 3pm. Very efficient — exactly what you need when a sale is pending. Newton was friendly and explained everything clearly.
Highly recommend for landlords
Have used Newton for EPCs on all four of my rental properties now. Always reliable, always thorough, and they always advise on any quick wins to improve the rating. Great service.
Best EPC company I've used
Have used several EPC companies over the years as a landlord. This is by far the best — most responsive, most thorough and best value. The assessor noticed a loft hatch we'd forgotten about which would have lowered the rating.
