Customer Reviews
Efficient UKAS-accredited service
Used Maidstone for both a management survey and re-inspection report. Both carried out to a high standard, reports clear and well-organised. Comfortable that the documentation would be accepted by any contractor.
Clear report, helpful advice
Had a management survey done on a property we were buying. Found some asbestos in the artex ceiling in good condition. The surveyor explained clearly what it meant, recommended managing in place and provided a clear asbestos register. Very reassuring.
Found asbestos we didn't know about
Asked for a management survey before renovation work. Surveyor found asbestos in materials we wouldn't have suspected. Potentially prevented a serious health risk. Thorough, professional and genuinely important service.
