Customer Reviews
Good service, slight delay on certificate
The surveyor was great — on time, knowledgeable and thorough. Certificate took until the following morning to arrive rather than same day, but overall a very good experience and fair price.
Best EPC company I've used
Have used several EPC companies over the years as a landlord. This is by far the best — most responsive, most thorough and best value. The assessor noticed a loft hatch we'd forgotten about which would have lowered the rating.
Quick, reliable and great value
Third EPC I've had done through this company. Always punctual, always clear in their assessment and always competitive on price. My go-to EPC assessor now.

Very competent assessor
Really pleased with the EPC assessment. The assessor was clearly very experienced and took time to explain what was affecting our rating and what we could do to improve it. Certificate arrived next day as promised.
