Customer Reviews
Very knowledgeable party wall expert
Used IMurphy for a rear extension affecting our shared wall. Very thorough schedule of condition carried out before works. Clear communication throughout. Award took slightly longer than expected but the quality of the documentation was excellent.
Saved us from a dispute
Our neighbours appointed their own surveyor who was being difficult. IMurphy managed the whole process expertly and we ended up with an agreed surveyor arrangement that saved us significant cost. Excellent service.
Smooth party wall process
Our neighbour initially refused to engage with the party wall process for our loft conversion. IMurphy handled everything professionally — prepared the notices, dealt with the dispute and had an award in place within 6 weeks. Stress-free from our side.
