Bought an 1890s Victorian terrace and wanted a thorough survey. This report was exceptional — 48 pages covering every element of the property, detailed photos, clear explanations and repair cost estimates. Worth every penny and more.
Saved us from a bad purchase
The survey revealed structural movement and serious damp issues that the vendor had not disclosed. On the strength of the report we pulled out of the purchase. Money extremely well spent — could have saved us from a nightmare.
