Customer Reviews
Superb — fast and professional
Couldn't be happier. Surveyor arrived on time, was in and out in 40 minutes and the certificate was lodged the same day. Exactly what was promised. Will be using them again.
Best EPC company I've used
Have used several EPC companies over the years as a landlord. This is by far the best — most responsive, most thorough and best value. The assessor noticed a loft hatch we'd forgotten about which would have lowered the rating.
Highly recommend for landlords
Have used Edinburgh for EPCs on all four of my rental properties now. Always reliable, always thorough, and they always advise on any quick wins to improve the rating. Great service.
