Bought a new build from a major developer. Snagging survey found 143 defects we hadn't noticed. Used the report to insist the developer fix everything before we moved in. Saved thousands in issues we'd have had to pay for ourselves. Absolutely essential.
Very thorough inspection
Inspector spent 4 hours going through every room meticulously. Found things we'd never have noticed — gaps in seals, misaligned units, drainage issues. Good detailed report. Developer was initially resistant but fixed most items.
Essential for any new build buyer
