Good service, slight delay on certificate
The surveyor was great — on time, knowledgeable and thorough. Certificate took until the following morning to arrive rather than same day, but overall a very good experience and fair price.

Have used several EPC companies over the years as a landlord. This is by far the best — most responsive, most thorough and best value. The assessor noticed a loft hatch we'd forgotten about which would have lowered the rating.

Excellent same-day service
Needed an urgent EPC for a new let. Called at 9am, surveyor was with me by 11am and I had the certificate the same afternoon. Brilliant service, will definitely use again for my other properties.
