The inspector's background in building control was obvious throughout. Found technical issues other surveyors might have missed — ventilation not to spec, fire stopping issues, drainage slope incorrect. Essential service for new build buyers.
Very thorough inspection
Inspector spent 4 hours going through every room meticulously. Found things we'd never have noticed — gaps in seals, misaligned units, drainage issues. Good detailed report. Developer was initially resistant but fixed most items.
