Customer Reviews
Quick, reliable and great value
Third EPC I've had done through this company. Always punctual, always clear in their assessment and always competitive on price. My go-to EPC assessor now.
Good service, slight delay on certificate
The surveyor was great — on time, knowledgeable and thorough. Certificate took until the following morning to arrive rather than same day, but overall a very good experience and fair price.

Fast and professional EPC service
Booked on Monday, surveyor arrived Tuesday morning and the certificate was in my inbox by 3pm. Very efficient — exactly what you need when a sale is pending. Andrew was friendly and explained everything clearly.
Superb — fast and professional
Couldn't be happier. Surveyor arrived on time, was in and out in 40 minutes and the certificate was lodged the same day. Exactly what was promised. Will be using them again.
