Customer Reviews
Identified major roof defect
The building survey identified significant roof structure defects that would have cost £15,000+ to repair. We negotiated a substantial reduction in the purchase price. This survey paid for itself many times over.

Very professional, good detail
Impressed with the thoroughness of the inspection. The surveyor clearly had extensive experience with older properties. Report was detailed and well-written. Slight delay on delivery but the quality made up for it.
Exceptional service from start to finish
From the first phone call to receiving the report, every aspect of the service was excellent. The surveyor's knowledge of Victorian construction was clear throughout the report. Repair cost estimates were realistic and useful for planning.
