Customer Reviews
Found 143 defects — worth every penny
Bought a new build from a major developer. Snagging survey found 143 defects we hadn't noticed. Used the report to insist the developer fix everything before we moved in. Saved thousands in issues we'd have had to pay for ourselves. Absolutely essential.

Highly experienced inspector
The inspector's background in building control was obvious throughout. Found technical issues other surveyors might have missed — ventilation not to spec, fire stopping issues, drainage slope incorrect. Essential service for new build buyers.
Developer took every defect seriously
The detailed photographic report from Hughes meant the developer couldn't dispute any of the findings. All 97 snags were fixed before we completed. The survey literally paid for itself on day one.
